Personal Assistant

HRM Direct Middleware Test Company

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to a senior executive or high-profile individual. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communication, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the executive's daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Responsibilities Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments. Organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes. Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries. Assisting with personal tasks, such as errands and appointments. Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as needed. Maintaining filing systems and ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible. Providing general administrative support to the executive as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
