Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self‑starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1‑6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
