Garage Cashier

Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Handles credit card transactions for transients and guests

Handles member tickets billing and separating of tickets

Receives and processes tickets for monthly passes

Maintains all tickets as records for auditing purposes

Files tickets systematically to ensure efficient retrieval of vehicles

Reviews tickets for accuracy and member signature

Computes receipt from tickets showing amount due/paid

Keeps area clean

Provides directions or general information

Resolves customer complaints

Answers phone in a friendly, customer service manner

Handles schedule for car concierge service

Follows all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Other duties are to be determined

Experience as a cashier is preferred

Great customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills
