Job Description

Manage design-build industrial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
Oversee procurement, including materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

A successful Project Manager- Design Build, Industrial- OPM should have:

A strong background in design-build construction within the industrial sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A deep understanding of construction safety protocols and quality standards.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
