Bartender
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the establishment.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be of legal drinking age in the state of Georgia.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
