Emergency Response Information Specialist

The Office of Emergency Response Unit (OER) seeks a Customer Information Representative in New York City. The role handles customer service via computer databases and coordinates responses for emergencies and non-emergency situations. A rostered shift includes 2 PM–10 PM, Thursday to Monday, with weekend work and two weekdays off.
