This role requires both strong client-facing communication (representing the engagement professionally to AWS stakeholders, under the New Engen brand) and strong internal communication (keeping creative, strategy, and cross-functional teammates aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps).Support Creative & Event Delivery Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle. Depending on workstream, this may include coordinating global event delivery across time zones (GMT, EST, APJ), managing tight SLAs and late-breaking content, or supporting on-site production logistics (e.g., re:Invent).Own Budget & Reporting Monitor pod budget and monthly burn-rate reporting; track scope and spend through the PO IDP campaign work-order structure, flagging when net-new work requires an amended work order.Stay One Step Ahead Maintain accurate project trackers, monitor timelines, identify potential risks early, and proactively communicate issues before they impact delivery.
