Monitor and assess patient conditions. Perform appropriate interventions based on assessment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Educate patients and families on health management. Adhere to best practices and safety standards in nursing. Participate in continuous education and training opportunities. Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients and team members.
