Now Hiring: Counter Sales Are you friendly, organized, and great at helping people find the right solution? Join Johnstone Supply and be the go-to expert our customers rely on every day! What You'll Do:Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitudeAssist multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environmentAnswer questions and troubleshoot issuesEnter orders, process payments, returns, and warrantiesPrepare and follow up on quotes to drive salesRecommend additional products and promotions to meet customer needsBuild strong customer relationships and keep the showroom clean and organizedWhat We're Looking For:Strong customer service and communication skillsComfortable using computers and point-of-sale systemsAbility to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredHVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years)Why Johnstone Supply?Team-focused environmentHands-on role with room to growOpportunity to build lasting customer relationships Apply today and help keep our customers-and their businesses-running strong!
