Shift Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Ready to lead with heart? As a Popeyes® Shift Manager, you'll help create the kind of fast, friendly, Cajun hospitality guests remember. You'll coach and support your team during every shift, keep standards high, and make sure every order is cooked right and served with pride.

What you'll do

• Lead shift operations by coaching Team Members to deliver Popeyes famous Cajun Hospitality
• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) to keep service smooth, fast, and accurate
• Help ensure food is prepared and cooked fresh to order, meeting Popeyes brand standards
• Keep quality and presentation on point so every Guest gets their food made with love
• Set the tone for teamwork, positivity, and accountability during your shift
• Stay engaged, learn the role, and grow into bigger leadership opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead and motivate the team on every shift to deliver fast, friendly Popeyes guest experiences
• Support daily operations by driving key restaurant performance metrics with urgency and pride
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members to master speed of service, quality standards, and teamwork
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and staff to keep the shift running smoothly
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards at all times
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures accurately to protect brand integrity
• Set the pace during rushes by organizing workflow and stepping in where needed
• Ensure guest needs are handled immediately, escalating issues to management when appropriate
• Open, close, or manage shift responsibilities according to Popeyes procedures and timelines
• Maintain a bold, energetic presence that inspires accountability, positivity, and results
