• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• Previous charge experience preferred

Description:

Targeted start date is flexible. Schedule includes three 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. There is a rotating day off, with on-call and weekend coverage as needed. Flexibility to switch to a later shift if required. Experience with various surgical specialties such as neurology, orthopedics, GYN, and general surgery is required. Knowledge of special equipment like the Intuitive Da Vinci Xi and Stryker Video Tower is essential. Experience with scrubbed positions in general, orthopedic, bariatric, and robotic surgeries is preferred. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 40 patients. The unit has 16 operating rooms and 16 beds. Interdisciplinary support is provided by various teams including IV teams and pharmacy. Attendance policy allows for up to three absences per contract duration. Excessive tardiness or no call/no show incidents may lead to contract review. Modules are completed during the orientation period and vary by specialty. The position requires effective communication and team collaboration skills. A commitment to infection control practices and patient safety is essential.
