We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in promoting our community and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive admissions

• Create and maintain a database of leads and track conversions to optimize marketing efforts

• Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate open houses, community events, and tours

• Generate and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversions, and marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or admissions (or related field)

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
