This position combines exceptional customer service with proactive outreach, helping prospective clients review their coverage, manage policy renewals, and identify opportunities for additional protection. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable making outbound calls, and enjoys building relationships with customers. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Contact clients regarding policy renewals and coverage reviews. Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to identify insurance needs and schedule appointments. Cross-sell additional insurance products and services based on customer needs. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, billing inquiries, and general service requests Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Schedule appointments for licensed team members and follow up on outstanding opportunities. Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support agency goals through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities. Requirements Property & Casualty insurance license required prior to hire. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Outgoing, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently. Ability to learn and utilize agency technology and software systems.
