Residential HVAC Installer

Pay: $20–$34 per hour (DOE) + Overtime Available

This position focuses on installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, including new construction, remodels, system replacements, and equipment upgrades.

Responsibilities
-Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and ductwork
-Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently
-Read blueprints, plans, and installation specifications
-Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, electrical connections, and ventilation systems
-Perform start-up procedures, testing, and system commissioning
-Verify proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and overall system performance
-Ensure installations comply with local building codes and manufacturer specifications
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
-Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
-Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately

Qualifications
-3months+ of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
-Experience installing split systems, package units, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
-Ability to read installation plans and wiring diagrams
-Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
