Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

Join RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC as an Occupational Therapist, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in Humble, TX. We are dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services that empower our clients to achieve their goals and enhance their daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective communication.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.

Educate families on strategies to support their child's development at home.

Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Advocate for clients' needs within the community and support services.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Knowledge of current best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
