RN - LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week | Rotating Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
• Monitor and assess maternal and neonatal status during all phases of care
• Document patient information and care activities accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Postpartum nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a combined LDRP setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in maternal-newborn care
