Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do:
Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service
Resolve client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
What We’re Looking For:
Strong client service, communication, and active listening skills with a quality-focused mindset
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with strong documentation skills
Freight forwarding knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of client service experience and a High School Diploma required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
