Embedded Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software components for Flight Management Systems.
Collaborate with systems engineering, hardware, and testing teams to integrate software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Support requirements analysis and decomposition, software development and integration, feature definition, and system verification and validation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
Experience developing software for embedded systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Ada, Python, or VB.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, coding standards, software configuration management, and change management practices is valued.
Experience with avionics, flight management, aerospace systems, or related fields is valued.
Must meet the stated U.S. Person or export authorization requirement under U.S. export control laws.
