Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Longview, Texas. This full-time position involves providing clinical nursing care in a busy emergency department setting. The role requires independence in practice, with a focus on delivering routine and complex patient care while developing long-term nursing strategies.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 8 PM - 8 AM
• Schedule: 3 Days, 12 Hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred); current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA only); current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA only); current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (AHA only); current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification; RN license in the state of Texas or a compact license; one year of experience in emergency nursing (preferred)
• Additional Information:
  • Nurse must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
  • Precepted by a designated trained staff member during onboarding
  • Completion of all annual competency verification requirements
  • May participate in a residency program or other specific orientation as applicable
