You’ll work side by side with your Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, chase goals, and earn more as your salon grows. Why You’ll Love It Commission and monthly bonuses that reward your results Fun, competitive team contests Free All Access Membership and employee skincare discounts Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus STD, LTD, and life insurance Paid time off after 90 days 401(k) with company match Sales, leadership, and goal-setting training Career advancement opportunities and an employee referral program Flexible scheduling options (see “Your Schedule” below) What You’ll Do Work side by side with your Store Manager to run a great salon Lead and coach our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and resolve customer concerns professionally Keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, and make sure it meets health department standards Drive your store’s results by growing sales and controlling labor and costs Partner with your Store Manager on promotions and growth Handle the salon’s cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included) What You Bring 1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others Basic computer and POS skills Reliable transportation Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs Your Schedule Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
