AWS Solution ArchitectLocation: Atlanta GADuration: 6+ MonthsSalary Range: $50- $55 an hour on W2 or C2CJob DescriptionMust have technical/functional skills:12+ years of experience large scale modernization programs, large-scale integration platform modernization program, migrating from TIBCO middleware or other ESB platforms to AWS cloud-native architectureShould be able to translate business needs into AWS architecture decisionsShould be able to choose the right AWS services for the workloadShould be able to use proven AWS patterns instead of one-off designsShould be able to design for availability, fault tolerance, and scaleShould be able to support migration and modernizationDefine the end-to-end AWS target technical integration design for migration from TIBCO to AWS, covering:Integration patternsExperience in enterprise integration architecture and designing AWS cloud native solutionExperience with XML, JSON, IDOC, SOAP, REST and/or web services (WS-*) and other AWS integration technologiesIntegration product experience in one of the ESB technologies like TIBCO, etc.Knowledge on Docker & container services and deploymentStrong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins)Experience working with Git and GradleGood to have experience on Databricks, Kafka and PysparkKnowledge on API management and relevant technologies and architectureExperience in AWS services like Lambda, SQS, Event Bridge, SNS, Step function, EKS, S3 etc.Identify and mitigate risks related to: migration complexity, dependency management, performance bottlenecks, data integrityDefine contingency plans for: rollbacks, failure scenarios. Ensure production readiness across all wavesRoles & responsibilities:Will be part of solution team focusing on enterprise integration solution, design and POC of critical requirementsHands on experience on solutioning and design dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable integration systems and ESB like TIBCO, integrations solutions on AWS or any other iPaaS technology platformKnowledge on selection of appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on customer requirementsKnowledge of open-source technologies for modernize AWS integration solutionKnowledge of AWS API management and WAS iPASS technologiesKnowledge on cost-control strategiesEffort estimation knowledge on solutioning an AWS integration solutionAbility to work with multi stakeholder teams (account, sales, customer etc) to become a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads that support digital transformation and journey to the AWS cloudAbility to work with multi stakeholder teams and support digital transformation and journey to the cloudKnowledge of TIBCO and components like BE, EMS and BW component is preferredGeneric managerial skills, if any:Must be AWS certified and experienced is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skill, experienced in Agile developmentSelf-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced rapid application development environmentStrategic thinking with execution focus, strong decision-making abilityExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex architectures for business stakeholdersHigh ownership and accountability, strong governance mindset and strong collaboration and teamwork skills
