Job Description

We are expanding at RestoreMasters LLC and looking for motivated individuals who want an opportunity to work in the fast-growing storm restoration and roofing industry .

Our team specializes in storm damage restoration and property claims assistance , helping homeowners navigate the process of replacing their roofs through insurance. With severe weather events increasing across the country, this service continues to be one of the most in-demand services in the home improvement industry .

Join us and build your sales career at a reputable company in the roofing and restoration space. Help commercial and residential owners recover from natural disasters and storm damage!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work with homeowners affected by storm damage
Help guide property owners through the roof replacement process
Assist homeowners with insurance-related roofing claims
Represent RestoreMasters in your assigned territory

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Commission-based compensation with weekly advances on signed agreements
Complete training on storm restoration and roofing claims
Ongoing support and coaching from experienced team members
Opportunities to work in active storm markets across the country

EARNINGS

Uncapped commission with realistic earnings between $80K–$200K+depending on performance
