Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience or interest working with an adult patient population in outpatient settings focused on workplace injury and occupational medicine.
Experience or familiarity with orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.
Comfort providing patient education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
Experience with or willingness to use the Prognosis EMR.
Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Role Details:
Facility type: Outpatient clinic serving adults with workplace injuries and occupational medicine caseloads.
Patient volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day. Clinic adds a therapy tech when volume reaches 14–16 patients.
Multidisciplinary environment with chiropractic services on staff.
Openings in multiple California locations including Stockton, Modesto, Soledad, Salinas area, and a new site in National City pending buildout.
