We are an established Medical & Cosmetic practice located in The Woodlands seeking an outstanding Front Desk/Receptionist.
The ideal candidates must be able to perform the following:
* Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service in fast pace setting.
* Be friendly and greet all patients with a welcoming smile.
* Schedule, update and track appointments daily.
* Organized, with excellent time management skills.
* Follow written &verbal instructions clearly.
*Medical Assistant Experience
* Utilize great phone skills.
* Know all services and products offered.
* Make copies and scan all paper documents into patients electronic chart.
* Monitor patient flow to ensure all patients are seen in a timely manner.
* Call patients to remind them of schedule appointments.
* Call insurance companies to verify health insurance.
* Follow-up phone calls/e-mails to check on patients health status.
* Maintain a clean and neat physical appearance at all times.
* Learn new skills quickly and have an outstanding work ethics.
* Must type greater than 40 wpm, know Microsoft office with excellent computer skills.
* Maintain patient privacy (HIPPA)and able to pass a background check.
* Must be punctual, and reliable.
* Team player who can truly work well with others.
* Keep work areas neat and clean at all times daily.
* Utilize and maintain EMR/EHR medical records daily.
* Obtain and receive accurate messages.
* Bilingual preferred, but not necessary.
* Back office work 10 %, front office work 90% of your time,
* Reports accidents and medication errors promptly, corrects safety hazards,
* Primary care, weight management and medspa experience preferred, but not required,
EDUCATION: Formal hotel or hospitality training a plus.
WORK HOURS: 8 AM TO 5 PM, Mon -Thur, Fri-Sat 8 AM TO 2 PM.
