Position Overview
OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
We Offer:- Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $70 per session includes base pay + commission + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
- Help members set and achieve goals
- Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Keep a clean and organized fitness space for members and coworkers
- Engage with memberships and build meaningful relationships
Requirements
- No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
- Must be AED/CPR certified
- We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
