What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll build your accounting foundation while contributing to key financial processes: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities , including journal entries and account reconciliations Support day-to-day accounting tasks such as tracking expenses, reviewing transactions, and maintaining accurate records Help manage fixed assets , including tracking additions, updates, and depreciation Run reports and analyze data from systems like Salesforce to ensure accuracy Identify and help resolve discrepancies, with guidance from senior team members Contribute to budgeting and forecasting support Collaborate with team members across departments to answer basic accounting questions Assist with ad hoc reports and special projects to support the finance team What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of experience (internships or coursework experience encouraged!)
