Restaurant Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced Indian cuisine enthusiast looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment Look no further Our established restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff management budgeting inventory control and customer service Hire train and schedule staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Create schedules for employees that take into account business needs and employee availability Requirements Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine establishment Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written Knowledge of other languages is a plus Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience Location Los Angeles Preference for Indian nationals or those with experience in Indian cuisine If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for Indian cuisine we want you on our team to join our dynamic restaurant management team #J-18808-Ljbffr
