About the Position
This opportunity is for a New Jersey Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with clients through ongoing, structured therapy.
You'll support individuals, couples, and families as they work through relationship concerns, communication issues, family stress, anxiety, life changes, and other behavioral health needs. The role is fully remote, with a steady weekday schedule and a strong focus on direct clinical care.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Explore relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and emotional concerns with clients
- Create clear therapy goals and adjust them as needs change
- Use clinically appropriate interventions during each stage of treatment
- Complete progress notes and required documentation
- Recognize when clients may benefit from referrals or additional services
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards
