Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes, one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the nation, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work in our Corporate Marketing Department, located in Fort Mitchell, KY. This position will develop and execute demand-generating digital automation campaigns designed to grow and nurture the company's online sales funnel. The Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage digital marketing strategy, automation, personalization, data analysis, testing, and reporting to improve engagement and drive results for Drees Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital automation strategies for Drees Homes.
• Develop targeted, personalized one-to-one marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement for Realtors, prospects, and homebuyers.
• Develop and manage email and SMS nurture campaigns to support New Home Specialists and Market Managers and enhance sales efforts to convert leads and traffic into sales.
• Build automated marketing campaign workflows based on customer interests and engagement levels using segmentation and personalization.
• Utilize third-party data to enhance campaign targeting.
• Coordinate with IT and marketing team members to execute personalization strategies on DreesHomes.com using Salesforce Personalization.
• Develop personalized campaigns for prospects based on their saved favorites on DreesHomes.com.
• Leverage data insights to optimize digital assets, conduct A/B testing, and drive user engagement.
• Lead email creative development in collaboration with designers, internal team members, and vendors to ensure high-quality media assets.
• Create and optimize responsive email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets throughout the buyer journey.
• Develop email template specification sheets and communicate email best practices to team members providing email content.
• Establish and maintain email approval processes, including seed lists, scheduling review and approval, and utilizing tools to ensure proper email rendering.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of My Marketing Templates in coordination with the design team and IT partners.
• Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and communicate high-quality reporting and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve marketing success and gain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, CAN-SPAM laws, and applicable privacy policies.
• Assist with online marketing projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement, and Salesforce Personalization.
• Understanding of email and SMS marketing strategies and best practices.
• Ability to develop and optimize responsive email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, IT partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze, test, optimize, and report on digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Account Engagement is preferred.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Experience developing responsive email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets is preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and creative skills with the ability to develop strategies, leverage data insights, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Ability to identify opportunities for new digital technologies and apply them to achieve marketing objectives.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM requirements and digital privacy practices is preferred.

The typical schedule of this position will be Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.

Excellent hourly rate, bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.
