Inventory Control Specialist

Warehouse & Inventory Specialist Join a growing manufacturer of access control products and play a key role in warehouse operations, inventory management, and production support. Responsibilities Manage inventory and maintain accurate records using NetSuite Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time Supply materials to production teams Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy Organize warehouse inventory and improve operational processes Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse and inventory control experience Experience with shipping and receiving operations Ability to operate a pallet jack Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment What's in It for You? $22-$23/hour Potential pay increase after 90 days based on performance 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% Company-sponsored medical benefits Strong promotion-from-within culture Opportunity to help shape processes in a growing organization Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.
