ID: 77534419 Shift: 8H Days A typical workday is 0800-1630 with some flexibility needed to occasionally cover the emergency. Description: Unit Review+ Manager Interview. Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) not required. Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements? LMSW or LCSW. Caseload/# patients per day/consults per day varies 12-16. EMR Cerner. InterQual criteria or Milliman experience N/A. Areas covered: Inpatient, Emergency Department, Family Birthing Center, ICU. Common duties/Required skills or knowledge: complete SW assessments, SW Mental Health assessments, Title 36 petitions as needed, DC planning as needed, homelessness, substance abuse, SDOH consultations, maternal child assessments, DCS and APS reporting as needed. SW Manager/Supervisor Olivia Casillas. Shifts & Scheduling Hours are typically 0800-1630, guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekends may be every 3-4 weeks if at all. Weekend Requirement: weekends may be every 3-4 weeks. Holiday Requirement: no scrub color/dress-code; business casual. Pharmacy for DC Planning varies. Department Specific Orientation 1-2 week onboarding with SW Manager. Cancellation Policy: 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks. Charting BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift Notes: A typical workday is 0800-1630 with some flexibility needed to occasionally cover the emergency department from 1000-1830. This position will cover inpt and ED. Required is not required. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract Weeks: 91.
