Clinical Nurse - OB/Family Health Case Manager

Chicago Family Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse in Chicago, Illinois. As part of our committed team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services. Your role includes developing patient care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing multiple disease processes for our patients. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an Illinois RN license, and 2 to 5 years of acute nursing experience.
