What You'll Do Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services Schedule free in‑home consultations for homeowners Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly Compensation Top performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour , with even higher earnings through sales bonuses.
