School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Greeneville, Tennessee

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage caseloads efficiently
• Compassionate approach to supporting students and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP recommendations
• Deliver direct speech and language interventions for students in accordance with their education plans
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights
• Provide consultation and support for faculty, staff, and parents as needed
