Automotive Detailer

Job Description

Kia of Duluth is a growing dealership seeking reliable Automotive Detailers to join our detailing team. This role involves cleaning and detailing vehicles to meet dealership and customer standards, with opportunities for advancement within the dealership. Hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors following company standards
Wash, vacuum, scrub, and dry vehicles using approved products and methods
Operate detailing equipment such as buffers, steamers, hoses, and vacuums
Apply protective and restorative products to enhance vehicle appearance
Perform inspections to ensure all detailing steps are completed properly
Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition and completed work
Answer customer questions related to vehicle detailing when needed

Required Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 60 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in automotive detailing
Experience with vehicle detailing, cleaning, and restoration
Proficiency using buffers and steamers
Customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and record keeping
