As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll lead a crew, care for residential properties, and grow your skills with hands-on training and real support. You don’t need to know everything on day one - but you do need to care, take ownership, and want to improve.

What You’ll Do
Lo Que Harás
Lead a crew and set the tone for quality, safety, and teamwork

Perform landscape maintenance beyond “mow-and-blow”
Realizar mantenimiento de paisajes más allá de solo cortar y soplar
Pruning, turf care, seasonal work, and plant health monitoring
Poda, cuidado del césped, trabajo estacional y salud de plantas
Drive a company truck and care for tools and equipment
Conducir camión de la empresa y cuidar herramientas y equipo
Support and train crew members
Apoyar y entrenar a los miembros del equipo
Communicate clearly with managers and occasionally with clients

What We’re Looking For
Lo Que Buscamos
3+ years of residential landscape maintenance experience
3+ años de experiencia en mantenimiento residencial
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

Pride in quality work and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
