Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Experience with documentation and compliance; experience with Net Health is a plus.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective physical therapy services to adult and geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Support residents in achieving personal goals and rehabilitation milestones.
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.

What You Bring

• Current Wisconsin PT license.
• Strong clinical skills and a focus on working with older adults.
