What You'll Do As our Assistant Manager, you're a core part of our leadership team. This Opportunity Is for You If: * You are at least 18 years old. * You have 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred). * You know how to direct, motivate, and coach a team in a fast-paced setting. * You have a ServSafe certification (or are ready to get one). * You have flexible availability. This role requires nights and weekends, and priorities can shift quickly. * You are willing to undergo a standard background check. * You can lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, and comfortably stand or walk for up to 6 hours. * You can communicate clearly and catch directions quickly, even when the cafe gets loud.
