Supporting payroll processing for a large workforce, the full-time Payroll Specialist I will manage biweekly and weekly payroll in Workday, assist employees with payroll inquiries, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process biweekly and weekly payroll for 45,000 employees in Workday Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance with regulations Answer payroll-related questions and provide customer service through various channels Required qualifications 1+ year of experience with payroll processing required Knowledge of federal and state tax and wage and hour laws Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines Workday experience preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
