ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in claims management, which gave me a strong understanding of the customer experience and the importance of doing things the right way.

Im a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University). I have two children and four grandchildren, and family is a big part of my life.

Our culture is close-knit and family-oriented, with a small office environment where everyone works together. We stay involved in the local community and value building connections with the people we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alan Cox - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
