Position Overview

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated  Home Health Aides (HHAs)to join our growing team. We are looking for caregivers who have  open availability and are interested in  full-time hours while providing exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout  Hudson, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, and Bayonet Point, Florida .

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.

• Help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or qualifying caregiving experience.

• A caring heart and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, professional, and reliable.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Open availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Experience using a Hoyer lift is preferred but not required. We are happy to support caregivers who are eager to learn and expand their skills.
