As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your ability to circulate and manage complex procedures will be essential in this dynamic setting.

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Participate in continuing education
• Meet core measure responsibilities related to patient care
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
• Must be able to circulate in heavy ortho, urology, spine, and robotic procedures
