Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant. Sign-On for Eligible New Hires. Work location: 6100 Lake Worth Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76135. Qualifications: Here's What You Need: High School Diploma (REQUIRED) One year of experience as a CMA (PREFERRED) Valid Certification as a Medical Assistant (REQUIRED) Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills - within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED) ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire (PREFERRED) BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly - 90 days upon hire (REQUIRED) No New CMAs for this Position!!! NCT - Non-certified Radiologic Technician training may be required upon hire (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do: Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights May work in the front office as needed May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
