Insurance Analyst

Position Overview As the Insurance Analyst, you will assist in the protection of the Company’s real and personal assets, perform analytical and technical functions surrounding insurance coverage, and work directly with the Director and Vice President of Risk Management. Responsibilities Assist in protecting the Company’s real and personal assets Perform analytical and technical functions surrounding insurance coverage Work directly with the Director and Vice President of Risk Management Review, analyze, and support claims workflows Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and TPAs Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of insurance coverage experience Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in a related field (preferred) Experience working for an insurance carrier, brokerage, or in an insurance environment Deep understanding of insurance policies/terms, claims data, and financial reconciliation Benefits Annual salary $90,000 – $100,000 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits—including 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, 3 personal days, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
