Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in San Diego, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, developing tailored sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting client consultations, and collaborating with team members to ensure successful event planning and execution. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship building Sales and Sales Management experience, including achieving and exceeding sales goals Experience in Training team members and providing strategic sales support Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects Creative problem‑solving and attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM tools and related sales technologies Experience in event planning or in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
