Job Duties
- Operate a class B box truck with lift gate
- Haul dialysis supplies
- Unload | Touch freight
- Use a lift gate, stair climber, and electric pallet jack
- 15 - 20 boxes per delivery
Driving Requirements
- 22+ years of age
- Valid CDL-B license
- DOT Medical Card
- FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
- 9 months of class B lift gate delivery experience (within the past 3 years)
- No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
- No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
