Your Profile Proven experience in talent acquisition (5+ years) Prior exposure in a Deep tech scale‑up would be a big plus. Expert at sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles Data‑first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation Comfortable with ATS and modern recruiting tools Fluent in English; German is a plus You thrive in fast‑growing, high‑velocity environments Please note that this position is based in either Berlin or Munich.
