Are you an experienced insurance sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment? Our established State Farm agency has proudly served the Highlands Ranch community for over 15 years, and we're looking for a motivated, high-energy producer to join our team.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while earning an excellent income, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn $2,000+ per month
• $1,000 Signing Bonus for candidates who are fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health at the time of hire (paid after successfully completing the first month of employment).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to meet their insurance and financial service needs.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (required)
• Active Colorado Life & Health License (required)
• Previous sales experience with a proven record of success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for referrals
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
