Snapshot / Role Overview:
Join a leading commercial mechanical construction team as a Detailer based out of Boise, ID. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget. Responsibilities:
- Produce coordinated 3D models for mechanical, piping, and plumbing scopes.
- Lead clash detection and coordination sessions with other trades.
- Generate spool sheets, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.
- Partner with field leadership to align modeling output with installation needs.
- Maintain BIM standards, content libraries, and workflow documentation. Compensation and Logistics:
