As a part of the Senior Management Team, supervises employees and functions of the Spencer Branch. Involved with financial institution’s funds management activities and participates with ALCO. Makes recommendations relating to budget preparation, profit forecasts, and operational changes as needed.
Acting as a loan officer, develops and services a loan portfolio of primarily commercial and Ag loans. Volume to be made up of primarily new loans, but some existing volume may be included. Act as a representative of the institution at civic affairs, with other companies, business, and government agencies.
Manages bank Marketing and Business Development efforts for all locations.
Coordinates activities in accordance with established policies and procedures; in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer, or President, and acts in their place.
Core Responsibilities
- Manages Spencer Branch employees.
- Develops Marketing and Business Development strategies to specifically grow the bank, both deposits and loans.
- Oversees Call Program and assists officers with business development efforts.
- Leads Marketing Committee efforts
- Is involved in community through civic organizations and business-related activities.
